The Augustinian - Papal Rosary - Pope Leo XIV inspired rosary

It's undeniable that Runewood loves their craft. This rosary is a huge step up from other paracord rosaries on the market.

The knots are very neatly tied, and they leave ample room for the Hail Mary beads to move while in the hand. The beads feel incredible; they're painted with care, have a delightful texture, and appear durable.

I love that they went with 95 paracord here. The thinness is more aesthetically pleasing than the usual paracord (550) used by other companies. Considering its use case, it doesn't need to be any thicker. I'm certain this thing will last indefinitely.

The colorway is fantastic. The muted, dark tones really help the bronze pieces and the white Our Father beads pop. It looks mature, timeless, classy, and reverent. It has the most beautiful pardon crucifix I've ever seen. The spacers help bring it all together - it's a very balanced, elegant looking rosary.

My only input, and this is purely my preference, would be that I'd love smaller Hail Mary beads...maybe 7-8mm in size. This rosary is on the larger side, not nearly as portable as other rosaries I own. Making it a bit smaller would be perfect. Also, it's just nice when the Our Father beads have that distinct feel over the other beads. I can see why that would be difficult to do for a small business, though, especially considering they obviously use the different colored beads interchangeably in their other rosaries. It's much easier (and more affordable) to have the same size bead throughout.

One last comment. The packaging is done with so much care. I won't spoil the surprise, but Runewood leaves their own personal touch, making one's purchase feel really special. I love what they're doing, and I hope they continue to make many more beautiful pieces like this one. God bless!

The rosary I got had more in it than I expected including a prayer card of my name sake. The quality of the rosary is amazing the beads are smooth and tough. The quality and care in the creation of this rosary is above what I expected.

This is my first rosary after reverting to Catholicism after decades away from the Church. So this will always hold a special place in my heart. I looked at several sites before making this purchase. I liked the aesthetics and the crucifix.
