Theotokos Pocket Rosary
DESCRIPTION
The Theotokos Pocket Rosary
The Theotokos Pocket Rosary is a compact, durable devotional rosary honoring the Blessed Virgin Mary under the ancient title Theotokos—“God-bearer” or “Mother of God.”
Light gray stained wood Hail Mary beads give the rosary a quiet, understated character, while an 11mm espresso-stained wood Our Father bead provides a darker natural contrast. USA-made purple 95 paracord adds a rich accent and gives the rosary the strength needed for regular prayer and everyday carry.
The rosary is completed with an Eastern-style gold- and silver-toned crucifix and a gold-toned Miraculous Medal. The combination of Eastern Christian imagery and one of the most recognizable Marian medals of the Western Church reflects the universal Catholic devotion to the Mother of God.
Each Theotokos Pocket Rosary is individually handmade in the Fargo, North Dakota area by local Catholics. It is not a finished devotional item mass-produced overseas and imported for resale. We source carefully selected components and construct the finished rosary here in the United States.
Its compact size makes it easy to keep in a pocket, bag, vehicle, or beside the bed, while the substantial 10–11mm wooden beads remain comfortable and distinct in the hand during prayer.
Like our full-size rosaries, the Theotokos Pocket Rosary is made to be used and is backed by the Runewood lifetime warranty.
